There are two different modes of use: a command line mode and a GUI mode.
Each different mode has its own user interface, scripting options, etc.
The command-line mode is located under the Start menu, within “Programs/Administration”.
Using the graphical mode NetServer is a breeze.
NetServer’s User Interface gives the user a new way of managing their server, providing them a light GUI environment to install, setup and manage those servers.
You should at first be given the opportunity to choose between an installer for Apache WebServer, MySQL Database Server and FileZilla Server or just have a quick start setup.

This is a temporary IP address, you will have to manually change it when the MySQL server is set up.
Setting up MySQL Server:
Go to your control panel, and navigate to “My Computer/My Network Places”.
Browse to the folder where you downloaded MySQL server and double click on its icon.
When the package is all downloaded, click on the “MySQL server” icon in the NetServer.
Click the “configure” button and then the “Settings” button.
Finally click on the “Help” button and in the “General” tab, locate the “Server Name” field.
Enter the name you want to use for your server in this field and click “OK”.
Repeat the previous steps for each of your MySQL servers.
Running the databases:
After the server setup is complete, click the “Start” icon to start them all at the same time.
Setting up the apache-mysql packages:
Go to your control panel, and navigate to “My Computer/My Network Places”.
Browse to the folder where you downloaded Apache, MySQL and FileZilla servers and double click on their icons.
Click on the “Help” button and then the “General” tab, locate the “Server Name” field.
Enter the name you want to use for your server in this field and click “OK”.
